Templating and Installation
We first create hard faced template’s from MDF or Plastic material, these are then duplicated in our glass factory, using 6mm Pilkingtons Low Iron Opti-White Glass as standard.(19mm for Glass Worktops)
The Templating process
It is without doubt the templating is the most important part of our process, if the templates are wrong then the glass will be wrong. We produce the templates, this can take some 3 hours depending on the levels of walls etc. The Installation generally takes an hour.
Where we go
Our template and installation service is offered throughout the country.
Generally from when you place your order we will be with you within 7-10 days to carry out the templating and then return to install within 14 days - 21 days for worktops and Glass Wall Cladding.
